British Rail Uniform
The 1960s-1980s version of the British Rail uniform. Smart and practical grey woollen jackets and kepi-style peaked hats with the British Rail logo, which is still used today in signs indicating rail connections even though British Rail no longer exists. Colours are subtle and restrained, business-like.
Not everything has changed for the best.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment. Those uniforms give reassurance. Must cover more uniforms, I seem to have let the feature slip. Readers - decent uniform suggestions please.
